Fall 2019 Schedule

Session Dates: Thursday, September 5 to Sunday, October 13

The 6-week Fall Session schedule is below. All sessions will be held at VFW Sports Center Rink 1. For questions about the sessions or schedule, contact Emily Zahn, LTS & Advanced director, bfscdirector@gmail.com or 701-220-5757. Deadline to register for group lessons is Monday, Sept. 2, at 11:59 pm, after which a $15 late fee will be charged. Deadline to register for private lessons is Sunday, Aug. 25, at 11:59 pm, after which a $15 late fee will be charged. All registrations will close on Sunday, Sept. 10, at 11:59 pm.

These Learn to Skate private lessons are for LTS skaters at all test levels. All skaters must have a private coach and approval from that coach to sign up for these lessons, and they must pay for the ice time AND their coach’s fees. LTS Free Skate Private Sessions:

Tuesdays 3:30-4:15pm

Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27, 4, 11, 18, 25

These Learn to Skate private lessons are for LTS skaters who are currently in Pre-Free Skate to Free Skate 6 levels. This ice time is shared with Advanced Low-level skaters. All skaters must have a private coach and approval from that coach to sign up for these lessons, and they must pay for the ice time AND their coach’s fees. The objectives of the Learn to Skate Program are: to provide a fun and safe skating experience; to teach correct techniques of the basic elements of skating; to develop a finer degree of coordination and balance; to promote physical fitness; and to have fun! Basic 3-6:
