Winter 1 2019 Schedule

Session Dates: Thursday, October 17 to Thursday, December 19

The Winter Session schedule is below. Sunday sessions will be held at VFW Sports Center Rink 1, Thursday will be at VFW Sports Center Rink 1 until October 24, lessons will them move to the Capital Ice Complex. These Learn to Skate private lessons are for LTS skaters who are currently in Pre-Free Skate to Free Skate 6 levels. This ice time is shared with Advanced Low-level skaters. All skaters must have a private coach and approval from that coach to sign up for these lessons, and they must pay for the ice time AND their coach’s fees. The objectives of the Learn to Skate Program are: to provide a fun and safe skating experience; to teach correct techniques of the basic elements of skating; to develop a finer degree of coordination and balance; to promote physical fitness; and to have fun!
