Rachel Schuehle

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

B.A. from the University of Minnesota, with a minor degree in Coaching/Athletic Training.

M. ED Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Minnesota.

Collegiate Skater for the University of Minnesota.

Over 14 years of coaching experience in both Minnesota and North Dakota; coach at the Bismarck Figure Skating Club since 2012.

Coach of USFSA Gold Medalists in Moves in the Field.

Coaching offered in Moves in the Field, Freestyle, Dance, Choreography, and Free Dance.

My goals as a coach focus on empowering skaters to achieve their personal goals through dedication and perseverance. I enjoy teaching skaters how this sport builds upon itself and I encourage my students to understand the biomechanics of each element. I am invested in my skaters’ success and excited to pass my love of skating on to my students. I love helping my skaters grow both on and off the ice! I also believe that a successful season begins with strong communication between the coach, skater, and parents.
